We will always package your items with love and care.

We primarily use USPS for shipping and unfortunately every package is not always handled with love.

Once your order ships there is NOTHING we can do.

We suggest purchasing plastic or pouches for shipment.

If your order requires shipping, we will not stop you from ordering glass and we will do our best to make sure it arrives in one piece. 

Unfortunately, if the glass breaks in transit we are not responsible for order replacement or shipping cost.

If your order never arrives, we will give you the option of a full refund of items purchased or resending order.

 If you request a refund for any reason, your refund will be sent with any fees associated with your payment method deducted.

Cash payments warrant full refunds. 

We will not refund  shipping for orders that have already shipped. 

     Regrettably, as a small business we cannot consume full cost.
